Sprinting to Victory: Cross Country

Cross country running is not only physically demanding but also requires mental resilience and endurance. Team members often develop strong bonds through the shared experience of training and competing. Being a part of Cross Country is a rewarding and challenging sport that fosters both individual and team growth.

Congratulations to coaches Gary Frace and Erin Crowley and the varsity cross country team on working their way through a challenging regular season!  After competing last week at the MCPS Championship race, Springbrook’s cross country teams will continue their postseason journey Thursday with the 4A North Region Championship Meet!!  The meet will take place at the Baltimore County Agricultural Center on Thursday, 11/2 with the boys varsity race at 2:00 pm and the girls varsity race at 2:30pm.
