Springbrook’s own Lindsey Lipinski just completed her 150th class at Burn Boot Camp in Columbia, and that is a HUGE milestone. That means 150 times she showed up, worked hard, and pushed through the kind of workouts that make your legs shake and your water bottle your best friend.
So what is Burn Boot Camp?
Burn Boot Camp is a gym known for fast paced, high energy workouts that mix strength training and cardio. The vibe is super supportive, but the workouts are no joke. People go there to get stronger, set goals, and stay consistent, and the coaches keep everyone moving.
150 classes is not “just a number”
Hitting 150 classes takes real dedication. It is not about being perfect, it is about being consistent. Most people quit after a week or two. Ms. Lipinski kept going for months, showing up even when she probably did not feel like it. That is the kind of discipline that deserves a shoutout.
And she is not just showing up, she is leading
On top of taking classes, Ms. Lipinski has also been co-teaching workout sessions, helping lead parts of the workouts and hype people up. Basically, she is not only putting in the work, she is helping other people push through it too.
