Springbrook’s Sunshine Committee is getting started again?
After getting shut down during the Covid-19 lockdown, the staff-focused Sunshine Committee is making a comeback!
The goal of this committee is to “bring a little sunshine” to staff members. That means. promoting a positive and supportive work environment at Springbrook

The committee’s main focus is celebrating achievements, birthdays, work anniversaries, or personal milestones.
Some other ideas include:
- Holiday Gatherings
- Fun Staff Activities
- Wellness Challenges
- Recognition of Major Accomplishments
- Birthday Shout-Outs
- Celebration of Births/Adoptions
- Support for the Bereaved
Getting to know one another can be hard for staff members outside of the same department, so this group is trying to help fellow employees achieve a greater level of communal knowledge.
